Here's what Microsoft announced at E3 2018 Microsoft held the first big press event at this week's E3 video game conference, releasing more information about titles like Kingdom Hearts III, Fallout 76 and Halo Infinite — which Xbox head Phil Spector promised would be Master Chief's "greatest adventure to save humanity." Xiaomi posts $1.1B quarterly loss ahead of much-anticipated IPO Xiaomi's IPO is set to be the largest offering raise since Alibaba went public in the U.S. in 2014. That prospect got a boost with news of positive financial growth, despite a loss incurred by one-off payments. 6. Workday acquires financial modelling startup Adaptive Insights for $1.55B The deal will further Workday's attempt to become the go-to platform for all for back-office services. The company plans to integrate Adaptive Insights' tools for business planning and financial modeling into its existing platform. 7.
